Regarding COVID 19

We would like to update you on how we will keep our passengers safe, in this new Covid world.Here are our NEW Onboard safety procedures.

Pre Book

We strongly advised that you phone us to Pre book your seats in advance. You will be given an arrival and departure slot at the time of booking.

On Arrival

A new sanitization station must be used and your contact details must be competed prior to boarding.

The Crew

For safety reasons our Cabin Crew will be wearing a face mask when looking after you.

Allocated Seating & Durations

For your safety, we have reduced the number of seats onboard and outside on our Over Wing seating area. When you arrive, you will need to wait to be seated. All orders will be taken at the table. There will no longer be any condiments or cutlery on the tables, these will be provided in sachets and cutlery will only be given when your inflight food is delivered. We kindly ask that you remain at your table at all times. Attract the attention of a crew member if you require assistance. All Payments are to be made at the table and All areas will be sanitized in between passenger flights. We kindly ask that you disembark at your allocated time allowing for the preparation for our next departure.

Lavatory Use.

If you need to use our facilities it is compulsory to use the sanitisation station prior to use. Wash your hands before you exit and then re sanitise on exit from the facilities. Our facilities will be regularly cleaned and sanitised throughout the day.


Our takeaway and delivery service will continue and we ask you pre order by 1500 the day before or 1200 for same day collection / Delivery.

We display our boarding times which may vary dependent on which Tier Level we are placed into by the Government.

On Departure

We ask that you kindly disembark using the forward exit in an orderly manor and refrain from touching counters or equipment unnecessarily.
